A former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson was accused of formally withdrawing her lawsuit in the early 1990s. According to a letter submitted to the northern region of the U.S., the woman “voluntarily and with prejudice,” meaning the case cannot be backed up. The letter dated March 7 also stated that both parties were finalizing formal regulations for suspension. Tyson, 58, denied the allegations that allegations accused him of sexual assault against the woman in the back of a limousine in 1990. She initially filed a lawsuit in January 2023, seeking $5 million in damages. “There is no doubt that we are satisfied with the results given the unfounded allegations – we withdraw all claims completely without any compensation, concessions or any claim of any kind, of any kind.” The attorney representing the woman Darren Seilback has not yet publicly commented on withdrawals.
