Wendy's is kicking off the new year with deals you won't want to miss. The fast-food chain is offering a $2 for $7 deal for a limited time on four of its most popular menu items: Classic Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Dave's Single and 10-piece chicken nuggets (crispy or crispy). The special offer launched on January 6 and will run until March 2, giving customers less than eight weeks to take advantage of the deal. To claim this offer, simply visit the Meal Deals section in the Wendy's app and select any two qualifying items. “With this limited-time offer, you don't have to compromise on taste, quality or savings,” Wendy's shared in a press release. “Whether you're fixing a problem or treating yourself, Wendy's has you covered with twice the deliciousness…and for less.” Wendy's has launched a series of delicious deals, including one currently on sale Frosty Key Tags for $3. Valid until February 16th. The tags allow customers to enjoy a free Junior Frosty with the purchase of any product and are valid until the end of the year. In December, Wendy's treated fans to a 12-day “Bow-GO” event, offering buy-one-get-one-free deals on items such as breakfast bacon and new Saucy Nuggs. The chain is also dropping the price of its spicy chicken sandwich to just $4 during the holidays. If that's not enough competition for your fast-food restaurant, McDonald's is also entering the new year with a new deal.
