Wendy Williams was having a great time in Miami, but her trip was soured by a confrontation with her caregiver, which was all caught on video. Video Williams' son, Kevin Hunter Jr., repeatedly criticized her caregivers for failing to properly care for his mother. The media personality, who was diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia in 2023, appeared to express her concerns during a recent heated exchange with her team. The incident occurred after the beloved talk show host attended her son's graduation ceremony at Florida International University. The “We're in Miami” podcast captured the altercation, with Williams sitting on her mobility scooter facing her caregiver, who was visibly upset. She criticized them for leaving her scooter unattended and taking the wrong car to pick her up at the restaurant. “They took the wrong car … they just left my stuff there,” she said, expressing frustration at their lack of help. The argument continued when she asked for better service, telling her team, “They should be ordering cars. That's what you're supposed to do.” Despite the tense atmosphere, Williams was excited about her son's graduation, even I also bought a new wig and manicure for the occasion. However, her family remains concerned about her health. Hunter Jr. stressed that his mother needed to be with her family and not in a care facility because the isolation was hurting her. Likewise, her sister and others have raised alarms about the quality of her custody and health concerns.
