Charles McDowell, widely known as “wide neck” by his viral handheld footage, returned to police custody – this time facing serious charges with sending explicit content to minors. Unspecified video of a woman without her consent, her 13-year-old son, 16-year-old daughter, mother and another confirmed via a cell phone and laptop in Georgia's Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, February 19 Arrested and charged with multiple felony counts, including spreading naked images without consent, electronically providing obscene materials to minors, and making harassing calls. Because Georgia's laws protect information related to child abuse cases, authorities have not provided additional details about the allegations. Currently, McDowell has no bonds, and his latest Mugshot once again shows the big neck that brought him an internet sensation a few years ago. Not the first time McDowell has registered with the law. He first drove the virus in 2018 after being arrested in Lee County, Alabama, and allegedly tried to evade police in a reckless driving incident. His unusual photographer, characterized by his unusually thick neck, quickly turned him into a social media phenomenon. But his newly discovered internet reputation didn't lift him out of the way – he has since been arrested multiple times on alleged possession of drugs (marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine) and drove with a revocation of his license.
