Trump on Monday pardoned former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio, who was serving a 22-year sentence for his role in the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol. Tarrio, 42, was found guilty of incitement. Described by prosecutors as a “street fighting extremist,” he was charged with conspiracy and other felonies after playing a key role in coordinating Operation Pride.
