Top Doug Entertainment (TDE) faces other charges in a lawsuit against two women accusing executives of sexual harassment. The revised version of the lawsuit includes public allegations of TDE, which publicly revealed the identity of a woman, a move that allegedly led to harassment and threats. On February 1, TDE issued a press release titled Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri, who initially filed a lawsuit like Jane. After the release, the plaintiff claimed to have received disturbing information, including threats of sexual violence and death. The complaint states that Luna’s goal is to harass directly and through its media relations company’s social media accounts. In addition, two Luna’s clients cut off her professional contact with her after revealing their identities. Women claim that the violation of anonymity has caused enormous emotional distress and financial harm. The initial lawsuit filed in late January alleged that TDE ignored claims of sexual harassment and assault by two women. They asserted that their concerns were ignored when they brought the complaint to management. TDE directors Brandon Tiffith and Anthony Tiffith Jr. were named in the lawsuit. The allegations against Brandon included unnecessary sexual assault and assault, while Anthony was accused of repeated harassment patterns. A plaintiff, a friend of the TDE artist, claimed she was harassed twice by TDE employees, including being alcohol as part of the pursuit of sexual assault. The lawsuit “shakedown” and asserts that there is communication to refute the explanation.
