A disturbing video is sweeping the internet, showing a man eating a dead mouse on the street. The shocked footage captured earlier this month, capturing a man who perched on Brex on 149th Street and Third Avenue in the Bronx and mercilessly devoured rodents as terrifying bystanders shocked the chance bystanders. The virus clipping on Instagram and Twitter has taken over millions of views. “No. I'm going to come out of the Bronx. But others use the video to criticize the conditions of the city, and the lack of resources for an unwelcome population. New York's homeless people have reached record levels, with more than 120,500 people living in the streets according to the homeless coalition.
