Shannon Sharpe responded to the recent $50 million civil lawsuit filed against him in Nevada, a woman identified as Jane Doe in court documents. In a statement issued by his attorney, Sharp's legal team called the plaintiff Gabriella Zuniga and shared a series of clear text messages publicly, saying that they reflected the true nature of the relationship. Attorney Lanny J. Davis represents Sharpe, and this information reveals relationships with adults, adult relationships and co-engagement involving sexual behavior. Davis claimed allegations of attacks and misconduct were false, part of what he said was “a blatant and cynical attempt to shake Mr. Sharp at millions of dollars in odds with millions of dollars.” The response included several gender-clear texts allegedly sent to Sharpe from Zuniga, and referenced to graphic fantasy and intimate solicitors. A message dated January 1, 2025 reads: “I know you miss this juicy butt…$25k per cheek.” Sharpe's legal team said the connection agreed the next day continued to contradict the timeline described in the lawsuit. The lawsuit filed Sunday accusing Sharp of sexual assault, assault and emotional distress in his relationship for nearly two years. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is known for other high-profile civil cases, including texts involving NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson and music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs.n Davis, Zuniga claims that Zuniga tried to record the secret video on the lever, and used this as an example, the video was scattered. Sharpe's team noted that despite the request, the full unedited video has not fallen over yet. “The evidence painted a clear picture,” Davis said in a statement. “This is a consensus relationship with mutual participation and communication. The false narrative promoted by Ms. Zuniga does not match the recorded facts.” Sharp absolutely denied all allegations, including claims of coercion and sexual assault, and plans to object to the case in court. “He won't surrender to the blackmail attempt,” Davis said.
