Internet celebrity Carol Acosta dies after horrific suffocation incident. The 27-year-old internet star named Killadamente died of cardiac arrest after choking on his dinner in front of his family at a New York restaurant on Saturday. Her sister Khatyan confirmed the heartbreaking news in a post on Instagram, sharing a photo of them smiling together. “I love you sister and I will always love you,” Khatyan wrote. “I thank God for giving me a sister with a big heart like you. Rest in peace sister.” She later thanked her followers for their support, adding: “And thank you for supporting my sister while she was still alive.” Although the autopsy Results are still pending, but Acosta's family believes Acosta died of suspected cardiopulmonary arrest as a result of the suffocation incident.
