Plastic magic! Barbie Cafe Popup is coming to Austin

Mattel and Bucket Listers are bringing new pop-ups to Austin and it looks like it will be great. After being sold out across the country, Malibu Barbie Café is coming to Austin soon. This is what we came to find from the team behind us Save by maximumGolden Girls Kitchen, Family Guy experience and blockbuster experience, so you know it will be good!

Malibu Barbie Cafe Expectations

Opening on April 4, Malibu Barbie Cafe will allow guests to dine with Barbiecore™ in the ultimate form alongside a pink cluttered ice rink. You can expect a creative food menu, which also includes delicious desserts and a variety of drinks. The pop-up will also feature exclusive merchandise and a variety of interactive activities around the rink.

Tickets for the restaurant will be available on February 17. $25 tickets include food + merchandise credit. Additionally, each skating rent ($1) will be donated to the cafe’s charitable partner, Girls Inc.

Pop-up events will also hold special events such as cupcake decoration classes, paint parties and over 21 skating nights.

The Malibu Barbie Café will be located at Wanderlust Wine Company on 35 North Interstate.
