A viral Instagram post last week claimed that ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) was offering a $750 reward for every undocumented immigrant reported through its tip line. The post received more than 8,000 likes in just three days and quickly spread across other social media platforms. , ICE does not issue cash as tips. While ICE does have an anonymous tip form and hotline (866-DHS-2-ICE), the agency confirmed that it will not provide any incentives to support civil immigration enforcement.
