To earn the entire $1,400, an individual must have an adjusted gross income (AGI) of $75,000 or less. For married couples co-apply, the full amount applies if their combined AGI is below $150,000, with a credit estimated at $160,000. The dependent may also be eligible for the full $1,400 eligibility. IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel said about 1 million taxpayers missed their credit.
