Milwaukee judge arrested for alleged assistance to undocumented immigrants evade FBI detention

The FBI announced the arrest of a current Milwaukee County Circuit judge, accusing her of actively intervening in immigration enforcement operations. Judge Hannah Dugan, a famous figure in Wisconsin law, was detained on federal obstruction charges. According to FBI Director Kash Patel, Judge Dugan allegedly misdirected federal agents who were attempting to appreciate an undocumented immigrant, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, during court proceedings.In a statement released via social media, Patel said, “The FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of observation — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an Immigration arrest operation last week. “Mr. Dugan deliberately removed the agent from Flores Ruiz in the court, causing him to briefly escape arrest.
