Last week, an incident occurred at manufacturing company Anderson Express Inc. According to reports, 32-year-old Nathan Mahoney allegedly carried out the attack while the company's president, Erik Denslow, was hosting a staff meeting. Mahoney left the meeting abruptly around 9:20 a.m. but returned 10 minutes later, approached Denslow and stabbed him before fleeing in a vehicle, according to the Fruitport Township Police Department. However, authorities stopped Mahoney 15 minutes later and arrested him – location. Mahoney only worked at Anderson Express for a few weeks, the report said. Colleagues say he remained quiet as investigators continued to work to find a motive for Mahoney's outburst. “We don't rule out copycat motives here,” said Deputy Commissioner Greg Poulson. “We are looking at all of his social accounts, all of his electronic media, and trying to determine the motive for this behavior.” According to Denslow, the president underwent surgery after the attack and is currently in serious but stable condition. Mahoney currently faces charges of attempted murder and fleeing police. “Our first thoughts are with our president, who has a favorable prognosis for a full and speedy recovery,” the company said in a statement. “We are also committed to supporting our employees in dealing with this senseless attack.” Like this: Like Loading… Discover more from Baller AlertSubscribe to get the latest posts delivered to your email.
