Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP) key character Karen Huger will not appear at the Season 9 reunion. The reunion seating chart released Thursday features host Andy Cohen alongside actors Wendy Oseford, Mia Thornton, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Stacey La Shi stars alongside Kiana Stewart, but Sugar is conspicuously absent. Her manager, Ryan Tresdale, released a statement explaining her decision: “Karen has made the important decision to enter a private rehab program and is therefore unable to attend today's reunion taping. She We support Karen as she embarks on this meaningful journey and are proud of her for taking such an important step in her personal growth.” Convicted of DWI and DWI charges stemming from a March 2024 arrest. The charges follow a single-vehicle crash in Potomac, Maryland, in which Huger reportedly crossed a median and struck several street signs.
