Kanye West is sued by former employee who claims he fired her after sending “Hail Hitler” text

A former marketing employee of Kanye West has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming she called her “ugly” and sending her a text message saying “Haid Hitler.” The plaintiff was identified as Jane Doe, who claimed that the West regularly targeted Jewish employees with hatred and anti-Semitism while working for him. The lawsuits filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court included disturbing messages allegedly sent by West, including “I am a Nazi” and “Welcome to Hitler’s first day of work.” These claims increased West faced With increasing legal troubles, West has been sued by several former employees over the past year. Doe was hired as a marketing expert in December 2023, saying West's behavior escalated in early 2024. She advised him to distance himself from Nazism amid his album Voltures Voltures Vol. 1. West allegedly replied, “I am a Nazi.” She was initially fired in March 2024 and then rehired for twice her salary, according to the lawsuit. However, in June, West allegedly abused himself in a group chat, compared himself to Hitler, insulted her wisdom and told her: “Come and destroy my bitch.” The next day, she was fired. The lawsuit comes after West recently discontinued from X (formerly Twitter), including announcing “I’m a Nazi.” West appeared in the Super Bowl ad, promoting a website where a swastika t-shirt is for sale. Doe's lawyer Carney Shegerian condemned West's alleged behavior and said: My client. His shocking treatment of women and his fixation on Nazism are evident in his repeated abuse texts of Hitler, revealing his motives. We need to stop forgiveing your actions. As a father, husband and employer, he must take responsibility.
