Johnsonville recalled more than 22,000 pounds of Cheddar Cream Blatt Fort sausage, according to the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Printed in 1647 on the front label. The affected products were manufactured on February 5, 2025 and shipped to 10 states, including Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin. Although no harm has been reported, the USDA urges anyone who has a product to avoid consumption and dispose of it immediately – even if it is stored in the refrigerator. In 2024, the brand pulled over 35,000 pounds of Turkish Kielbasa to rubber pollution, and the 2012 recall involved rubber gloves found in its Turkish cheddar sausage.
