Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez is opening up about her divorce from Hollywood A-lister Ben Affleck. In a recent interview with British Vogue, she revealed that she has “no regrets” about the divorce and is focusing on her personal growth. Lopez shared her thoughts on divorce, emphasizing that we shouldn't feel shame or regret when relationships don't work out. “You say, 'This is who I was,'” she explains. “Some part of my soul needed to grow. And they did, in their own perfect timing.” While J.Lo didn't reveal specific details, she hinted that there was a lot of tension between them during the making of “Unstoppable.” The relationship is not perfect. “I don't think it happened to me, but to me,” she added. “There are always lessons to be learned in the moment.” This is just the latest chapter in Lopez's relationship journey following her divorces from Marc Anthony, Chris Judd and Ojani Noah. Sadly, her most recent split came this year, when she separated from Affleck after just two years of marriage. They married on July 16, 2022, years after they were first engaged. Unfortunately, cracks began to appear in their marriage and they eventually divorced in September 2024. In early December, the former couple reunited in a school play that also starred Lopez's daughter Emme and Affleck's daughter Seraphina.
