Former “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah is now scheduled to be released from the Bryan, Texas, federal prison camp on November 3, 2026. Confirmed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, this is the third time her sentence has been commuted. With the new release date, Shah will be able to celebrate Thanksgiving at home with his family in 2026, Page Six reported. The reality TV personality was originally sentenced to six-and-a-half years in prison in January 2023 after she admitted her role in a decade-long telemarketing scheme. The scam defrauded thousands of people, many of whom were elderly or otherwise vulnerable. Shah, 51, initially pleaded not guilty but later admitted in court to wire fraud and apologized for his actions. “Wire fraud, providing services of little value. We used interstate calls and emails. I know many of the purchasers were over 55. I'm sorry,” she said in her plea. Shah also admitted that she was fully aware that her actions were “wrong and illegal.” Shah will begin serving his sentence in February 2023. Just one month later, in March, her sentence was reduced by one year, the first adjustment. Now, with her release date set earlier, Shah has received two more discounts.
