Trick Daddy has made no secret of his feelings about Florida losing access to Pornhub starting January 1, 2025. In a recent Instagram Live, the 50-year-old rapper humorously claimed that he might leave the state entirely if the ban goes into effect. “You guys take Florida Pornhub off the internet, I'm outta here,” he told fans. “I swear to God, I'm gone. 14 days. If you get rid of Pornhub, that's a Florida without the Trick Daddy Dollar.” Pornhub will be banned in Florida thanks to Florida's HB-3 bill passed earlier this year Block, which requires users to use government-issued identification to verify their age, such as a driver's license, for accessing adult websites. Instead of complying with the law, Pornhub parent company Aylo announced it would cease operations in Florida entirely, citing privacy concerns. In a statement, Aylo described the verification process as “ineffective, arbitrary and dangerous” and said it would require users to share “highly sensitive personal information.” Florida joins 12 other states, including Texas, Louisiana and Virginia, where similar legislation resulted in Pornhub being blocked. Visitors to Florida's website will soon see a message explaining the company's stance: “Did you know your government wants you to provide a driver's license before visiting PORNHUB?
