Ex-hairstylist sues Fox and Skip Bayless, claims he offered her .5 million for sex

Fox and Skip Bayless are in hot water after a former employee claimed Bayless offered her money in exchange for sexual favors. Former Fox Sports hairstylist Nushin Faraji, who worked at the company from 2012 to August 2024, filed a lawsuit accusing Bayless of inappropriate conduct. The 42-page lawsuit, obtained by Front Office Sports, alleges that Bayless began engaging in unnecessary aggression after he began participating in the “Undisputed” morning show. He “continued to hug and kiss her on the cheek” and pressed his body against hers, according to the lawsuit. Although Farage repeatedly told him she was not interested, Farage claimed Bayless became more aggressive, offering him $1.5 million to have sex and suggesting he could “change” her life. Additionally, Bayless accused Farage of having an intimate relationship with her then-undisputed co-star Shannon Sharpe. The lawsuit also names Fox Sports executive vice president Charlie Dixon, accusing him of grabbing Farage's buttocks at Fox host Joy Taylor's birthday party. Her concerns were allegedly dismissed. Farage is seeking a class action lawsuit, monetary damages and a jury trial. The lawsuit paints a picture of a toxic, misogynistic and ableist workplace in which Farage and others who made complaints were retaliated against. Farage’s accusations are not isolated. The lawsuit follows similar cases against major media companies, including lawsuits against ESPN and NFL Network. Sports law attorney Daniel Wallach commented that Farage's “long tenure at Fox” and “contemporaneous complaints” could strengthen her case. Neither Bayless nor Foxx commented on the matter.
