Elon Musk has reportedly donated to seven Republican members of Congress in support of efforts by former President Donald Trump to impeach each or to limit federal judges who have ruled their policies. According to the New York Times, Musk contributed Eli Crane (AZ), Lauren Boebert, Lauren Boebert Jill (TX) and Senator Chuck Grasley (IA). These legislators have been the voice of calling for judicial impeachment or the restriction on powers of federal judges. One of Musk's beneficiary Rep. Brandon Gill, has proposed abuse measures against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who has infringed on the actions of the dynasty action. Trump ignored the ruling, raising tensions between the White House and the judiciary. Meanwhile, Rep. Eli Crane called for dismissal, temporarily blocking the judges from Musk's efficiency department's plan, and failing to obtain data from the Treasury Department. He even shared a post by conservative activist Charlie Kirk labeling a judge as a “scam dictator” and suggested that unelected judges should not block presidential policy. The Trump administration and its allies have stepped up their attacks on federal judges as partisan activists, the president's authority. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt accused legal challenger of “judge shopping” of derailing Trump's agenda. Trump himself recently slammed Boasberg's truth-society for Judge Boasberg, calling him a “radical left madman” who surpassed his power. However, George W. Bush was originally appointed by George W. Bush. Judicial power is heating up and the bet cannot be higher. What do you think? Should judges be impeached for their rulings against the president, or is this a dangerous precedent?
