Drake reached a resolution on his legal dispute, which “don’t like us”, according to court records. UMG represents both Drake and Lamar, and is at the heart of the allegation. Drake's petition is intended to ensure the deposition of representatives of both companies. In court filings Thursday, Drake's legal team confirmed that the dispute with iHeartMedia has been resolved friendly, although they did not provide additional details. “We are pleased that the parties were able to make the resolution satisfying and were dissatisfied with it and there was no comment in this remark. Meanwhile, the legal battle with UMG continues. A hearing to be held on Wednesday to resolve UMG's motion to dismiss the petition. Drake's legal requirement states that UMG engages in “irregular and inappropriate business practices” to ensure the radio show is “not like us.” He also accused the song's content and accompanying artwork of falsely involved in criminal activities, including allegations of pedophiles. Drake's libel lawsuit against UMG is still active and plans to hold a hearing in New York. Lamar, who recently performed in the Super Bowl halftime show, has not been named in the lawsuit, despite the ongoing legal battle.
