Donald Trump is looking to fulfill his dream of seeking a third term, a disturbing notion that could change the country if it comes to fruition. In an exclusive interview with NBC News, Trump did not rule out the possibility of running for a third term, despite the Constitution's 22nd Amendment prohibiting it.”A lot of people want me to do it,” Trump said, referring to his allies, while adding, “But I mean, I Basically tell them we have a long way to go, you know, it's already early in the administration. “I'm focused on the present,” Trump clarified when asked about his intentions, stressing that it's too early to consider such action. He also revealed that there are some “methods” that could make him run again, although he refused to provide details, noting that “that's a” approach when asked about potential plans involving Vice President JD Vance. He declined to elaborate further, and simply answering “No”, when asking the constitution to remove two restrictions would take a difficult and long process that would require two-thirds of Congress or states to agree. Trump has suggested his desire for a third term, often seen as trolling, but the idea may get attention as allies such as Representative Andy Ogles push resolutions to expand term limits. Steve Bannon even predicted Trump’s return in 2028, despite constitutional obstacles, proposed alternatives to secure his third term.
