Diddy is having a rough time in prison and now, the mogul is allegedly refusing to leave his cell. There are reports that he is delaying the trials of multiple sexual assault lawsuits, including two major ones. The lawsuit stalled after a Dec. 30 filing by Tony Buzbee's co-attorneys said Dee Dee “refuses to leave his cell to receive services.” Lawyers are now asking the judge to postpone the meeting, originally scheduled for January 10, to February. However, the legal team appears to have reached an agreement on how to move forward with the case. Meanwhile, the latest lawsuit accuses the “Bad Boy” founder of hosting Diddy's former assistant Phillip Pines who party wildly and sexually harassed employees. The lawsuit, filed for sexual assault, sexual harassment and sex trafficking, alleges that he was forced to help organize the party known as “Wild King's Night,” where he had to stock the room with drugs, alcohol, and sex toys, which Pines alleges. The parties sometimes lasted for days, and when they were over, he would clean up the bodily fluids, drugs and other messes , and tipped hotel staff to keep quiet. Pines further claimed that Diddy forced him to have sex with a woman while he watched. Diddy's legal team vehemently denied the accusations, saying, “No matter what. No amount of litigation will change the fact that Mr. Coombs never had sex. “Assault or sex trafficking of any person.” Diddy's criminal trial, which includes racketeering and sex trafficking charges, is scheduled for May 2025.
