Immigration officials under the Donald Trump administration mistakenly mistakenly believe a person who protects against deportation for removal from the United States, and now the administration claims that his U.S. citizen wife and son reside in El Salvador, Maryland, had been denied a 2019 court on March 15, 2019, but his citizen wife and young son rejected his legal liability. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) acknowledged the error in court documents this week, calling it an “administrative error.” The mistake happened during a series of high-profile deportation flights targeting suspected gang members by the Trump administration. Trump just invoked the rarely used alien enemy bill of 1798 to quickly expel members of the Venezuelan gang. Although Abrego-Garcia was not on one of these specific flights, he was loaded into a solitary flight for deportation. The agency said it was already aware of the court's order but believed that his removal was allowed due to the old expulsion order and so-called gang affiliation. After the traffic stop on March 12, his deportation was deported when the ice officer pulled him over and put him in front of his 5-year-old son. The Department of Homeland Security insists that it has intelligence that Abrego-Garcia has ties to the MS-13 gang, but there is no detail or evidence to be shared. His legal team denied the allegations, saying the government is using what gang claims to be wrongful deportation defense. Take him home like this.
