The woman who made a fake 911 phone call eventually led to the accident claiming that the life of the young scooter had been arrested. She had previously been brought to social media to confirm that she had called and reported that a woman was hurt. She claimed the call was because she was a victim of abuse. However, after the police arrived, no evidence of the crime or any woman killed was found. When authorities arrived, Spencer himself was not at his residence. While trying to jump the fence, the scooter suffered a fatal leg injury, eventually bleeding and dying. But a medical examiner confirmed Tuesday that the scooter died in the accident, rather than the previous gunshot.
