Dawn Robinson's ex-husband offers her a job

En Vogue and Lucy Pearl Singer Dawn Robinson’s ex-husband Andre Allen are lending a helping hand after recently living in the car for the past three years. Allen, who married Robinson from 2003 to 2010, told TMZ that although their marriage was similar, their marriage was unwilling to end and he did not want to see his ex-wife continue to struggle. He offered a job with Hilton Hotel Group, and believed that her charm and industry experience could translate well into the hotel industry. “Entertainment won’t pay her value,” Allen said. He believes Robinson’s background and engaging personality in music will make her an asset for sales and hospitality, possibly more stable than the unpredictable music industry. Robinson has been open to her situation recently, sharing that she has been living in a car after being relaxed by her family and a former manager. Despite the hardships, she takes pride in her resilience and determination to rebuild her life. Allen has since found faith, new fiancé and success outside of the music industry, and he says he has witnessed too many of his peers who have struggled financially after leaving the focus. He wanted to help Robinson avoid the same fate. Publicly responded to Allen's offer.
