This week, an armored truck accidentally threw hundreds of thousands of dollars into busy streets, and hundreds of thousands of people wasted a lot of time, and cash in the wild was sold out. Somehow, the truck's back door opened, stuffing three bags with cash overflowing onto the road. It was too late when the Brinks employees returned to collect the money. Between 50 and 100 people, people jumped, grabbed a few, fled cash by walking and cars. The total loss is estimated to be approximately $300,000. Conditions say no arrest has been made. Oak Park authorities are still investigating the incident and reviewing surveillance videos in the area. Boji has not issued a statement on how the door went malfunctioning. Meanwhile, police are asking anyone with information, or who may have received the cash, to come forward.
