Costco has announced a recall of its Kirkland Signature “Severe Cold and Flu Plus Congestion” medication, citing potential contamination issues. This recall applies to products with lot number P140082 sold between October 30 and November 30, 2024. The retail giant said the move was a precautionary measure taken by manufacturer LNK International after it discovered a batch may contain foreign matter.
