A Coca-Cola distributor is recalling 10,000 cans of soda from Illinois and Wisconsin after concerns over potential contamination of plastics. FDA, 864 12-pack Coca-Cola cans (10,368 cans in total) were affected by the recall. Affected products are limited to 12-type can packaging with UPC codes 0 49000-00634 6 and 0 49000-02890 4. Reasons listed: Possible pollution from foreign objects (plastics). There is no specific explanation for pollution, i.e., the possibility of pollution, and Coca-Cola has not disclosed its memory of the matter. This does not involve COCOC. In December 2023, the company pulled out 2,000 boxes of drinks due to the risk of “foreign objects”, most of which were affected by elves. Earlier this year, a recall of European recalls was also issued in beverages produced in Belgian facilities.
