
Big Sean recently opened up about a deeply personal experience on Jay Shetty's podcast On Purpose . While promoting his book, Walking Higher: Five Practices for Achieving Purpose, Success, and Inner Peace, Sean shared his journey of coping with grief, including his miscarriage. Going through this experience with his partner Jhene Aiko. From his perspective as a man, he acknowledges the emotional weight of the experience and emphasizes the importance of self-worth during such difficult times. “You're worth it,” he said. “I don't want people to think they're not good enough or defective because of a miscarriage. Life is complicated and the things that are meant for you are beautiful.” Big Sean also reflects on the importance of giving up control when life doesn't go as planned sex. He shared, “Sometimes we get so focused on one goal that we close the door on the rest. But the universe has a way of blessing us with greater blessings than we can imagine.” He then encouraged listeners to process their grief, but not Let it take over their life, “go through it, express yourself, deal with the grief, but don't let the grief take over our lives.” It consumes you.
