Warner Bros. Discovery has officially broken ground on a major expansion project at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, investing over $500 million to expand its primary European production facility.

The expansion plan adds ten new soundstages, dedicated virtual production facilities, and thousands of square feet of workshop space.

The expansion increases Leavesden's total production capacity by over 50 percent, making it one of the largest studio complexes in Western Europe.
