Bad Bunny has announced a 21-show residency at the iconic Coliseo de Puerto Rico, bringing the spotlight back to his home country. Following the release of his sixth studio album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, the residency will take place from July 11 to August 24, 2025, and kicks off with a heartfelt gesture: the first nine shows In a statement that will be exclusive to Puerto Rico residents, Bad Bunny emphasized his dedication to his roots, a core theme of his latest album. Debí Tirar Más Fotos debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and has been described as his “most Puerto Rican album to date,” with lyrics touching on the island's political struggles, including gentrification. The first nine concerts are reserved for locals and will take place from July 11 to July 27, giving the island's residents the opportunity to experience a special celebration of Puerto Rico's pride. Tickets for these exclusive “residents only” shows go on sale January 15th at 10am EST and must be purchased in person at select locations throughout Puerto Rico. The move ensures locals are prioritized, underscoring Bad Bunny's commitment to giving back to the community. After an initial Puerto Rico-only run, the residency will open to general audiences starting August 1. Registration for subsequent dates is currently open and will close on January 14th at 11:59 pm (IST). Fans who register and receive a presale code can begin purchasing tickets on January 17 at 10 a.m. EST. The residency is produced by Bad Bunny's manager Noah Assad under the Move Concerts banner and will also include VIP packages available through Vibee. These packages will include a two-night hotel stay, premium tickets, priority admission to the concert, an exclusive “Bad Bunny VIP Experience” and more. VIP sales will open on January 15th at 10am IST and are open to all fans. The Coliseum of Puerto Rico, widely considered the cultural center of the island, was a fitting venue for this residency. Bad Bunny describes “Debí Tirar Más Fotos” as a love letter to his hometown, while the “No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí” residency reflects his desire to amplify Puerto Rican voices while celebrating Puerto Rican culture and resilience.
