Khloé Kardashian is expressing her displeasure with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass over the area's wildfire crisis. After Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley highlighted the impact of budget cuts on firefighting efforts, Kardashian took to Instagram to support Crowley and call out Bass.
