Texas rapper Tay-K was convicted of murder Monday in San Antonio Courtroom. After eight hours of deliberation, a Bexar County jury convicted the 23-year-old boy who killed Mark Anthony Saldivar in an April 2017 in a chicken fish parking lot. He was convicted of murder at the time, but he was acquitted of murder, but he would be subject to more serious charges, a more serious charge without the Proper person and was approved by Prose. 23-year-old photographer Saldivar pretends to be a promotional photo. According to testimony, the vehicle that Saldivar was reportedly shot up quickly as the prosecutor described as an attempt to rob. Witnesses proved that a man was seen being pushed away by a black car near Loop 410 and McCullough Avenue. Later security videos showed Saldivar clutching the car tightly and then slumped in a chicken car park while the vehicle drove off. Prosecutors rely on testimony from car driver Joanna Reyes, who claimed McIntyre was the front passenger and the one who shot. Reyes, who was granted a plea agreement in exchange for her cooperation, is now facing smaller charges of tampering with evidence. He described the investigation as “lazy” and “flawed”, believing that police are too dependent on speeches from people seeking to protect themselves. He also questioned whether the robbery had occurred completely, noting that no camera or backpack (thing allegedly taken from Saldivar) was recovered. Tay-K is no stranger to legal troubles. He is currently serving a 55-year prison sentence in connection with a 2016 house invasion in Tarrant County, which killed 21-year-old Ethan Walker. This new murder could greatly extend his time, depending on what the judge stipulates during the judgment process.
