Supreme Court Orders Trump Administration to Mistaken Back to People Who Was Deported to El Salvador

The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered the Trump administration to bring a Maryland man back to El Salvador, although permanent court orders prohibit him from dismissing. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, 29, lives and works in U.S. law when immigration officials were suddenly deported last month. Despite a 2019 ruling deported, he is now detained in one of El Salvador's most notorious prisons, despite his return to gang violence. The court stressed that the case should be handled as if Abreg Garcia had never been deported wrongly. The government insists that Abrego Garcia is associated with the MS-13 gang, but has no formal allegations or beliefs about him, and the judges noted that there is little evidence to support the claim. Justice Department lawyers even admitted that deportation was a mistake, but the government claimed there was nothing we could do to revoke it. The Supreme Court disagrees. While recognizing the court’s restrictions on foreign affairs, the Justice still demanded accountability and transparency from the government, demanding detailed introductions to the efforts made to retrieve Abrego Garcia, and other things that could be done. District Judge Paula Xinis initially blocked the deportation, calling the government's actions “completely illegal”. She ordered a return through a specific deadline, which the Supreme Court extended in principle. The ruling provides a new review of the Trump administration’s hardline immigration strategy and how they impact individuals on legal protections that already exist.
