Minnesota Sen. Justin Eichorn recently introduced a bill to mark Trump critics, was arrested and charged with felony crimes for prostitution. He was detained Tuesday and booked on felony charges. Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges did not make the arrests, saying: “As a 40-year-old man, if you come to the orange jumpsuit area and want to have sex with someone’s child, you can expect us to lock you up. Minnesota Senate Republicans called the allegations “shocking” and said: “Justin has gone a tough road and he needs to focus on his family.” “Minnesota's Republican Party also urged him to resign because of the “severity of the charges.” The arrest comes days after Eichorn co-wrote a controversial bill that categorized “Trump Danger Syndrome” as a mental illness. The bill is widely regarded as a political stunt, describing the alleged syndrome as an “acute attack” against Trump, including “strong hostility” and “open acts of aggression” against his supporters. Eichorn has not yet publicly commented on the charges, and it's unclear whether he will resign. But his political career may end suddenly through felony charges and bipartisan condemnation.
