Chefs Marcus Samuelsson and Akino West respect women in the culinary world at his special dinner event in Miami’s critically acclaimed Red Rooster bankruptcy. The renowned chef will work with McBride Sisters Wine to celebrate Women’s History Month at 6 p.m. on March 18, and the exclusive dining experience will offer a select menu of renowned chefs including Catherine Hinds, Christyna Salmon, Amaris Jones, Amaris Jones and Tracey Marrioneaux. Guests can expect dishes like Indo-Trinidadian Doubles stuffed with curried chana and smoked jackfruit, Jamaican curry goat with plant dumplings, herb butter branzino, and a pineapple cake with hibiscus sorbet.Red Rooster Overtown Bar AreaIn addition to the culinary experience, the evening will feature a raffle for a one-of-a-kind painting by a female artist and a custom-designed Brands like Bread and Grandopening and celebrate the night of community, culture and women’s artisticity in the culinary world. The reservation price for intimate, 50-person events is $150 per person and $150 per person.
