American Airlines caused headaches for travelers this morning when it grounded all U.S. flights for an hour due to technical issues on one of the busiest travel days of the year. In a statement, American Airlines blamed “supplier technical issues” for causing the flight delays. Freeing up the systems needed for flights to take off.
