Lil Baby recently opened up about an eye-opening experience on Lil Yachty's A Safe Place podcast. The Atlanta rapper revealed he lost $8 million in one day during a lengthy casino gambling session. The treatment, which lasted nearly 40 hours, was a turning point for the 30-year-old artist, who decided to stop gambling altogether. “I made myself stop gambling,” Lil Baby said, explaining that he took a proactive approach to help keep him away from casinos. He invited Fanatics CEO Mike Rubin to send a letter banning him from any casinos, a decision he said helped him move forward. The story quickly gained traction, with fans and other artists getting involved. Rap veteran 50 Cent shared the video on Instagram, adding his thoughts in a humorous way. “I thought only Floyd (Mayweather) would do this,” 50 wrote. “But, glad he's okay.” Despite the setback, Lil Baby remains focused on his music and future projects. He recently announced his upcoming album, WHAM (Who Hard as Me), which will be released on January 3rd. The album will feature collaborations with artists such as Future, GloRilla and Travis Scott, cementing his status as one of the most consistent singers in the industry. Star.
