Diddy is facing another lawsuit filed by former male employee Phillip Pines, who claims Combs forced him to participate in inappropriate activities. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, details Pines' employment from December 2019 to December 2021, outlining Combs' demands and the abusive environment he endured. Pines claimed that Combs forced him to have sex with a woman and orchestrated a “Wild King Night” where he engaged in sex, drugs and alcohol.
