A memorandum sent to Defense Department leaders on Thursday outlines the new order that requires military services to identify 30 days on March 26, requiring military services to treat or identify gender-obsessed dysphagia. According to an assessment by a senior defense official, there are currently about 4,200 trans service members serving in active duty, National Guard and reserves.
