A content creator in New Hampshire faced serious charges after allegedly contaminated food at a local grocery store – all while filming social media shows. Anonymous prompts led them to investigate the disturbing videos she posted online. Authorities said one of the clips showed Monadnock Food Co-Op her contaminated food. Tedford is charged with felonious mischief. After police notice, Monadnock Food Cooperative quickly removed the affected products from the shelves, sanitized all surfaces, and contacted customers who may have purchased contaminated items. The store issued a statement confirming the incident and said it did not affect fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared food or refrigerated products. However, they have made voluntary recalls of certain dry goods purchased between February 10 and February 15, including raw walnuts, organic red quinoa and organic oatmeal. According to Keene Police, Tedford may have engaged in similar behaviors. Investigators are reviewing other videos, some of which date back to 2021, suggesting she may have contaminated items in Keane and elsewhere in nearby communities. Grocery stores report losses of more than $1,500 due to waste products and sanitation costs. Latest posts sent to your email.
