Diddy's legal team takes action to dismiss prostitution allegations, accusing racial targets

Diddy's lawyers have called for the dismissal of the allegations against the embattled music tycoon, believing he is the target of an unfair and racially motivated case. “This situation is unprecedented in many ways, but perhaps the most disturbing, most disturbing, and unsettling, defense without white Diddy said in a motion filed Tuesday night: “Sir. The 55-year-old pleaded not guilty to allegations of extortion, sexual trafficking and transport of prostitution. He remains in federal custody in New York City.
