However, a recent trend calls for people to have a “Dry January.” This social concept invites participants to stay away from alcohol for the first 31 days of the year. Whether you're trying to detox your body after enjoying holiday treats or you just want to start the new year with a clear head, Dry January has you covered. Mango Mule Ingredients: 5 slices of cucumber 1⁄2 oz simple syrup 1.5 oz mango puree 1.5 oz fresh lime juice 2 oz ginger beer mint, lime and cucumber (for garnish) This tropical treat is made with mango puree, syrup and lime juice poured into a glass. Add ginger beer at the end and garnish with lime and mint to complete the perfect mango mule. 2. Maple Morning Ingredients: 1 ounce lime juice Bare Zero Proof whiskey (non-alcoholic) 3.4 ounces Grade A amber, tangy maple syrup 1 dash orange bitters zest of 1 lemon (for garnish) Indulge in Bare Zero Proof Characteristic rich smoky flavor of medium whiskey. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice until the drink has cooled. Strain the mixture into a glass and finish with orange bitters (mocktail flavoring) and lemon zest. 3. Health Bloom Ingredients: ½ ounce lime juice 1 handful fresh mint 1 ounce non-alcoholic gin 3 ounces blueberry kombucha 1 ounce beet syrup Beet syrup: 350 grams beet mixture 70% beet juice 15% strawberry juice 15% apple juice Mineral water 355 g powdered sugar Boil beet mixture and mineral water, then add sugar until dissolved. Remove the syrup from the heat, cool and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Mix the syrup with other ingredients to create the final drink, serve over ice and garnish with berries and pickled vegetables. 4. Apple Pom-Fizz Ingredients: 2 ounces apple cider 1 ounce pomegranate juice ½ ounce simple syrup ½ ounce lemon juice soda cinnamon stick (for garnish) Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a wine glass with ice. Pour sparkling water on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick to create this quick and easy spiced mocktail. 5. Ginger Seltzer Ingredients: ⅓ ounce ginger ⅓ ounce lime ⅓ ounce spice syrup Ginger Ale Last but not least, it’s a classic that can’t be ignored.
