Police said a 13-year-old girl pulled out her hair and left her DNA evidence at the home of a 19-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Angel Lopez, 19, is accused of seducing girls through conversations on Tiktok, the Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office said in a statement on March 27.

According to WTAE, Lopez appeared in court on Thursday, April 10 and held a preliminary hearing after his arrest.

Lopez is accused of “kidnapping a minor, involuntary deviation from sexual intercourse, which is sexual intercourse by a person under 16 years old, illegal contact with minors, interference with children, legal sexual assault, indecent assault on children, sexual abuse on children, sexual abuse on children, corruption on children, and criminal use of communication agencies.”

According to the criminal complaint, the girl told police that he said: “They will not be able to find you anyway.” The DA's office said the defendant told her to show “wash his DNA from her body” after the victim was beaten.

According to the criminal lawsuit, the girl told police that she left a hair shackle around Lopez's bedroom so her DNA could be found.

“He mentioned to her that no one would find her,” Det. Justin Scalzo of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, said in a March 27 press conference. “That's worrying. It actually prompted the victim to pull his hair out in this case and try to leave them around the apartment, and later said that if no one found her, maybe they could at least find her DNA.”

The victims were allegedly lured through Tiktok.

Scalzo elaborated on Lopez's allegedly “don't want her to bring any electronics to Philadelphia with her.

Lopez exchanged 1,862 pages of news with the girl during the four days. The victim later told police that their relationship turned into sexual acts through clear news before the attack, and she expressed concerns about going to Philadelphia. KDKA News reported that when she shared her suspicions with Lopez, he allegedly threatened to commit suicide if she didn't go to see him.

According to DA, her family was reported on March 14.
